City of Minnetonka Beach 2050 Comprehensive Plan

The City is beginning the process of updating the 2025 Comprehensive Plan, a long-range document that outlines the City's vision, priorities, and policies for land use, housing, infrastructure, parks, and overall community development. It is required by state law and updated every 10 years to ensure thoughtful, coordinated growth. 

Resident input is a critical part of this process.
